The season of 2009-10 has been a great season for Poole RFC. Having secured promotion we are looking forward to playing in Dorset and Wilts South Division 2 this coming season.
It couldnt happen at a better time coinciding with the clubs 50th anniversary celebrations on September 4th. An all day event with food, rugby and entertainment
We are currently running 1 team who play almost every week, either in league, cup or friendly matches. The amount of matches we play means everyone gets to play regularly and the way the league works means that we can make as many substitutions as required; for those players that 30mins is enough! We are growing in numbers and are looking to put out a 2nd team this year, so even if you can not commit to regular training and playing maybe you fancy getting the boots on a couple of times a year?
The club is about enjoyment and we always welcome new members, whether new to the game, the Poole area or returning to the game after some time off.
